Welcome to Plymouth

Set in the heart of South West, Plymouth is the regional capital of Devon and Cornwall. Uniquely located between the moors and the sea this vibrant Waterfront city is fast 'arriving' as a very desirable area in which to live. It has a rich maritime history that has been influenced by its spectacular setting on the natural harbour of Plymouth sound. Living in Plymouth offers the choice of water front apartments with moorings, Victorian town houses, traditional semis and cottages.

Most parts are served by excellent bus services in and out of Plymouth City centre. The City council provides a number of services and initiatives for local residents either directly or through funding. There are frequent main line rail services to Cornwall and London Paddington approximate journey time to London 3 hours and 20 minutes for those wishing to commute. If you fancy a trip to France or the Spanish port of Santander during the summer and autumn there are regular car cruise-ferry services from Plymouth.

Plymouth is rich in cultural, sporting, entertainment, architectural and historic attractions, as well as excellent shopping facilities and beautiful resort and rural beaches. Amongst its key attractions Plymouth has preserved its Elizabethan Barbican and harbour, which is now home to many boutique shops, art galleries and restaurants. The arrival of Drake Circus, Plymouths first fully covered retail shopping centre scheduled to open in autumn 2006, is part of a massive investment programme to improve the already modern pedestrianised city centre.

However, all that in good time, lets us locate you somewhere to live first! Contact us now with your requirements and to experience our efficient and friendly service.
